How do you define your photography style?

Slevin Studio offers a customized lifestyle headshot session that can capture your true essence as an authority in your field. We take the time to learn about you and what makes you unique and create a photo shoot that brings out your personality in every photo. We also ensure that you will continue to have consistent online branding.

What locations do you recommend for the photoshoot?

During the discovery call, we will narrow our extensive location list to the number of locations you would want to shoot at. The location depends on your location, your willingness to travel, and a space that will fit your aesthetic and bring out your unique personality.

How long does the photo shoot last?

A shoot can last 30 min for a mini session and up to 3 hours for the executive package.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the scheduled photoshoot day?

If weather becomes such an issue that the photoshoot must be canceled, then a rescheduled date will be set at no extra charge. An additional fee will be required if permits or additional costs arise due to rescheduling.

Can we included pets or specific props during the photoshoot?

Yes, pets and props can be included; however, these must be disclosed during the discovery call to ensure all accommodations can be made. If the request for pets is made on the day of a photoshoot, all requests will be denied.

Do you provide retouching and editing services?

We provide retouching and editing on all of our photo packages.

Can you accommodate bulk or ongoing projects?

Yes, we can accommodate bulk products or ongoing projects. We offer a bulk rate and a retainer rate for any ongoing projects.

What is the process for selecting and receiving the final edited photos?

After the photoshoot, you will receive a frame.io link allowing you to select your favorite photos up to the amount based on the order package. Additional images are available for purchase at any time. The link will be available for up to one year. If you want to download images after that, an additional fee will be required to retrieve them from the archive.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Any deposits that are made will not be refunded. Rescheduling is available anytime, as long as 48 hours of notice is given for the photoshoot. The rescheduled photoshoot will be done at the discretion of Slevin Studio.

What rights do I have to the photos?

Full copyright to photos will remain with Slevin Studio. As the client, you can use images for personal and limited commercial use. There are no rights to sell images without express permission from Slevin Studio. All photos can be licensed for full rights from Slevin Studio upon request.
